Do you also see a starry sky under the aurora borealis or a deep space image from the Hubble telescope? In fact, we need to turn down our eyes to the Earth as we are facing the north of the Mediterranean Sea in the area between French Toulon and Spanish Girona with fresh, windy weather. Dots and spots are small white foamy waves (also called “white caps” or “white horses”) raised and whipped by the wind.
