Spring 2011: GlobToolbox 2.1

This version of the GlobToolbox will

• Support all ESA DUE "glob-products"
• Feature a new tool allowing to regrid products within a time series
• Feature an additional tool for analysing time series

Spring 2011: BEAM 4.9

New features that are planned for the BEAM 4.9 release:

• Enhanced VISAT desktop interoperability:
  
  • Cut, copy, paste for data product nodes, masks and layers
  • Undo and redo for the most important VISAT actions
• Enhanced BEAM support for scripting
  
  • Scripting languages Python, JavaScript, and possibly MATLAB and IDL
  • Calling the BEAM Java API from within a scripting language
  • Calling scripting language code from within a BEAM Java application
