RE: Get radiance value of a pixel via JAVA API

Is it possible to get the radiance value of a pixel via JAVA API?

I need to get this value in order to replace the pixel if its radiance value is NaN (gaps of Landsat 7).

Best regards

Dear João,

you can access the values of a band using the method RasterDataNode.readPixels.
But it is not possible to alter the values of a band.

For your task I recommend you our BEAM 4 Programming Tutorial. There you will find instruction how to write a processor to correct your LandSat products.

Thank you very much...

I don't really intend to replace the value, just get it in order to compare it. Than I will copy, or not, the pixel to a target product depending of its value...

Best wishes,
