There is only the option under File->Other Exports-> Mask Pixels... which will export the pixels under the mask to a text file.
But I think this is not what you need.

Dear Marco

1- How can I export the mask pixel (mask is geometry polygon shapefile format) for series MERIS images and select certain band
2- Export Subset defined by geometry mask (polygon)

Thanks in advance

Hi Hanan,

1. The mask pixels can be exported with File->Other Exports-> Mask Pixels....
2. Defining the subset region by geometry mask is not possible.

But BEAM is open source and you can write your own code.

best wishes
Marco
