Dear Keqiao,

can you be a bit more specific on what exactly you want to do, please?

Best regards,
Thomas

Dear Thomas:
Thank you for your reply. I download the SMOS data (L1C sea salinity data) from the ESA and want to get sea salinity product with the BEAM. I do not know how to do?
Best regards

You have to download the corresponding SMOS L2 Ocean Salinity product. The BEAM SMOS-Box does not do retrieval of Ocean Salinity from L1c Brightness Temperature. Ocean salinity processing is done by ESA.

Dear Ralf:
Thank you for your reply. The retrieval processing is what I really want to know. I want to get the sea salinity product by myself

So what is the question? Do you already have an algorithm for retrieving Ocean Salinity and want to know how to implement it in BEAM? Do you want to re-implement the existing retrieval algorithm in BEAM?
