Pixel Extraction Tool does not contain date-time information

And also when using Pixel extraction tool - output table does not contain date-time information of the image, which probably should be extracted from metadata... I use Modis L2 Images, reprojected and converted to geo-tiff with BEAM 4.10
The same is when using

Does it should be like this? Does the program recognize date/time attributes from MODIS files?

Dear Evgenia,

depending on the type of the MODIS images you are using, it is possible that the date-time information is not interpreted by BEAM. What kind of MODIS data are you using?

Hm.. L2 data.
But i guess it is really a problem of reader of ocean color files, as Sea described here
