Error Collocating CHRIS/Proba Scenes
toggle
I have processed CHRIS/Proba data with noise reduction, atmospheric correction, and geometric correction using CHRIS-Box 1.5 and BEAM 4.7 on Mac OS X 10.6.2.

I defined 10 GCPs for the nadir nominal viewing angle scene and attached the resulting geo-coding. I then tried to run the Collation tool using the nadir scene as the master and one of the other nominal viewing angle scenes as the slave.

I got an internal error message that cites a problem with the target initialisation. I've included a screen shot of the message. I tried varying the entry for the target, include trying both DIMAP and GeoTIFF formats, but got the same message. I'd really appreciate any help you could give.

Thanks,
Kevin Turpie

Hi Kevin

I tried the same and did not get this exception. So I can not say what it caused.

Can you please start VISAT with the cmd file 'visat-d.cmd'. You can find this file in the bin folder of your BEAM installation directory.
When running the collocation again and the exception occurs an exception stack trace will be printed to the console, hopefully.
It would be great if you post the stack trace here.

best wishes
Marco
