Hi, I have two questions related to AATSR and clouds.

First, I believe the AATSR cloud flags, as read in VISAT are out of date. The cloud tests have been updated with IPF v.6.0, and now include use of bits 13 and 14. See http://earth.esa.int/pub/ESA_DOC/ENVISAT/AATSR/LSTNote_IPFv6.0.pdf for more information.

Second, how do I read the LUTs for AATSR cloud tests - in VISAT or otherwise in BEAM?

I've created an issue for this. [BEAM-1070].

Regarding you second question:
Unfortunately reading the LUTs for AATSR cloud tests is not implemented in BEAM.
