Different coloum and line number gpt Case 2 regional and subset image
I have produced a Time Series for my MERIS images (around 100 images). I wrote a batch file that applies the C2R processor and additionally produced a defined subset for my images. Unfortunately, the columns and rows are still different. This leads to problems in further processing steps in other programs like TIMESAT.
Is there any way to achieve the same column and line number during the batch processing?

You could reproject the data before doing the subset. Because in the sensor grid the pixels have different size it can happen that the subset has not the same size. After reprojecting to WGS84 or UTM the results should be of the same size.

Unfortunately, I still have different rows and columns. Do you have any idea what else I could do?

Maybe you have not properly reprojected the data?
You should have an entry like this in the *.hdr file after reprojecting the data.
