VISAT from R! or Python
VISAT from R! or Python
python programming beam

I'm working mainly in R! (because of graphs and statistical power) and sometimes in Python (because of Python bindings for QGIS).

I wonder if it is possible to call VISAT from R! or Python?
If there are no bindings, maybe it is possible to call Java from R! or Python?

Thank you in advance for help.

There is a binding from BEAM to Python and vice versa. Please ensure that your modules are up-to-date (Help->Module Manager...). Latest beam-python version is 5.0.4. After restarting VISAT you will have the folder $BEAM_HOME$\modules\beam-python-5.0.4.
Inside this folder you will find the README.md. This explains how to activate the binding.
