DAILY FSG MERIS DATA
8/8/14 5:52 PM
I am working with daily images which I manage to subset for my region(thanks to Calvalus), but I find it very weird as the data in my ftp have the extension of ".seq" Anyone have an idea on what does this mean, I ordered the files in NETCDF file format.

Hello Joeline,

something went wrong wit the processing jobs from the 8th and 9th. Those from yesterday seem to be correct.
I can't retrace any more why and what actually happened. Right now I can only ask you to submit the processing jobs again.
The '.seq' files are actually internal Calvalus files and shouldn't be placed on your ftp.
We will further investigate this issue.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
best regards
Marco
