Hi Petra,

yes, the radiometry correction operator relies on the input products having a start time set, so your workaround is correct.
There may be several reasons why you cannot apply an orthorectification to your TOA reflectance product; if you still need me to figure out why it does not run with your TOA reflectance products, I need some more input.

Best regards,
Thomas

Hi,

I am using BEAM 4.10 to obtain an orthorectified TOA reflectance product from MERIS Level 1B data. However I cannot apply the radiometry correction module to an orthorectified product (Error Message: A problem occurred during the target product initialization. Type: OperationException Message: Source product must have a start time) and I also cannot apply an orhtorectification to a TOA reflectance product (Error: Product XXX_toaref.dim is not a valid source). Is this a common problem? Maybe there is a work around?

Thanks, Petra

Maybe I've found a work around. I modified the section <Production> in the dim file of the orhtorectified image. There I added the <PRODUCT_SCENE_RASTER_START_TIME> and the <PRODUCT_SCENE_RASTER_STOP_TIME>.
