The reprojection dialog does not remember values entered in dialogs "Transformation Parameters" and "Output Parameters".
Reproduce: Open reprojection dialog, select any transdformation, e.g. "Sinusoidal", open Transformation Parameters dialog, change e.g. "false northing", close dialog and open again ==> values are set back to defaults.
