Description

Reproduce:
(1) Open product
(2) Reproject
(3) Open image
(4) Set some GCPs
(5) Set some pins
(6) Attach GCP geocoding
(7) Move pin

==> Very slow repaints!

After profiling: Obviously too many NodeChange events are fired, which in turn ineffectively update tables components of various tool windows.
