BEAM-1102 Valid pixel expression not considered in statistical computation of log scaled bands
The scenario is as follows:
- Compare 2 bands in scatter plot
- one is a log scaled band (e.g. algal_1)
- second is a band created with the Maths expression editor containing also log scaled values (also algal_1 values)
Expected is to have a nearly linear (1-to-1) plot.
But the result is an exponential curve.
Also it seems that the the valid pixel expression id not considered for the statistical computation of the first band (algal_1)
Maybe a solution to this is to give the user the option to mark a band to have log scaled values, or to let the user change the scaling of the axis.
